Braided Rosemary Bread Sticks

I had some left over pizza dough that I needed to use up. Here’s a really quick and fun way to make bread sticks, perfect to eat with a salad or on a buffet.

Add 1 tbsp of dried rosemary and 1 tsp salt and knead it into the dough. Divide the dough in 15 pieces, and roll out to 25-30 cm long rolls. Use three at a time and braid them, making sure you nip the ends together tightly. Brush lightly with olive oil. Bake at 250 C for 7-10 min. Serve immediately.
